3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP190 Gray is a gray, two-part, flexible epoxy structural adhesive designed for industrial applications that require high bonding strength, extended assembly time, and a certain degree of flexibility. It provides excellent shear strength, peel strength, and environmental aging resistance. Once fully cured, it forms a strong and durable structural bond, making it suitable for industrial assembly, equipment manufacturing, maintenance and repair, component fixing, and semi-flexible potting applications.

DP190 Gray consists of an epoxy resin base and an amine-based accelerator. The two components are mixed at a 1:1 ratio by volume, producing a uniform gray adhesive. It offers approximately 90 minutes of working time, giving operators sufficient time for adhesive application, component positioning, alignment, adjustment, and assembly.

Compared with fast-curing epoxy adhesives, DP190 Gray is particularly suitable for large bonding areas, multi-component assemblies, precision positioning, and production processes that cannot be completed within a short assembly window. Its extended working time helps reduce positioning errors and makes it easier to handle complicated or time-consuming assembly operations.

When supplied in a Duo-Pak dual cartridge, DP190 Gray can be used with a compatible 3M™ EPX™ applicator and static mixing nozzle. The dispensing system pushes both components from the cartridge at the correct ratio and mixes them inside the static nozzle.
