Product Overview

Dow Corning DC3140 is a one-component, high-viscosity, solvent-free flowable liquid silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature and bonds well to glass, ceramics, metals, silicone rubber and most plastics. After curing, it forms a permanent barrier that isolates moisture and atmospheric contaminants, making it particularly suitable for room temperature curing processes. Typical applications of Dow Corning DC3140 include cable terminations, connectors, crystal oscillators, printed circuit boards and thick-thin hybrid circuit board coatings.
