LOCTITE 190024LV is primarily used for bonding rigid or flexible PVC to polycarbonate. It can fill large gaps (0.25mm) and provide flexible bonding points. Its flexibility enhances load-bearing and shock absorption characteristics in the bonding area. This product exhibits excellent adhesion to a range of substrates including glass, various plastics, and most metals. The thixotropic properties of LOCTITE 190024LV reduce migration of the liquid product after application to substrates.

Application Guidelines:

1. This product is photosensitive. Keep away from sunlight, UV light, and artificial light sources during storage and handling
2. Use dispensing equipment with black feed tubes
3. For best results, bonding surfaces should be clean and grease-free
4. Apply adhesive to one bonding surface and assemble immediately
5. Curing speed depends on light source intensity, distance from light source, cure depth, bonding gap, and material light transmission
6. For temperature-sensitive substrates such as thermoplastics, cooling may be required
7. Check for stress cracking potential when crystalline and semi-crystalline thermoplastics contact liquid adhesive
8. Excess uncured adhesive can be removed with organic solvents (e.g., acetone)
